- Prayer tracking information
- Missed prayer records
- Quran reading progress
- Saved reflections

3. Location
Certain Sabr features, such as prayer times and Qibla direction, may require your location.
If you choose to grant location permission, your device’s location is used only to provide location-dependent functionality within the App.
Sabr does not create or maintain a location history, and your location is not stored on our servers.
You can control or revoke Sabr’s access to your location at any time through your device’s privacy settings.
4. Religious Activity
Sabr includes features related to personal religious practices, including prayer tracking, missed prayer tracking, Quran reading, dhikr, duas, and reflections.
We recognize that this information is private and potentially sensitive.
Your religious activity within Sabr is stored locally on your device and is not collected by us, transmitted to our servers, sold, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
Sabr may use external sources, APIs, system services, or libraries to provide certain functionality or Islamic content, such as Quran text, translations, recitations, prayer-time information, or other resources.
Sabr does not intentionally send your locally stored religious activity, prayer history, dhikr history, reflections, or similar personal information to these services.
Third-party services, if used, may have their own privacy practices. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Analytics and Tracking
Sabr does not use your personal religious activity to track you.
Sabr does not create advertising profiles based on your prayer activity, Quran usage, dhikr activity, reflections, or other religious practices.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Advertising
Sabr does not sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes.
Your religious activity and locally stored information are not used for targeted or personalized advertising.
8. Data Sharing
Because Sabr does not collect your personal data, we do not sell or share such data with advertisers, data brokers, or other companies.
Your locally stored Sabr information remains on your device unless you independently choose to share information using features provided by your device.
9. Data Security
Keeping personal Sabr data locally on your device reduces the amount of personal information transmitted to external servers.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and operating system. We recommend keeping your device protected and your operating system up to date.
10. Your Control Over Your Data
Because your Sabr data is stored locally, you remain in control of it.
You can manage permissions such as location and notifications through your device settings.
You may also remove locally stored Sabr data using functionality available within the App, where provided, or by deleting the App.
Please note that locally stored information may not be recoverable after deletion.
11. Children’s Privacy
Sabr does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
Because Sabr does not require an account and does not collect personal data, personal religious activity and preferences remain locally stored on the user’s device.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Sabr, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
