2. Religious Information Disclaimer
Sabr aims to provide accurate and useful Islamic information. However, the App is not a substitute for qualified religious guidance.
Islamic rulings, prayer-time calculation methods, translations, interpretations, and religious practices may differ depending on scholarly opinion, school of thought, geographic location, calculation method, or local religious authority.
You are responsible for determining which practices, calculation methods, interpretations, and religious guidance are appropriate for you.
For questions requiring religious rulings or personalized religious guidance, users should consult a qualified and trusted religious authority.
3. Prayer Times
Prayer times provided by Sabr may be calculated using your selected location, calculation method, device information, or other relevant settings.
Calculated prayer times may differ from those published by local mosques or religious authorities.
Factors such as location accuracy, calculation method, device settings, time zone, daylight-saving rules, and technical errors may affect displayed prayer times.
Users should verify prayer times with an appropriate local authority when necessary.
4. Qibla Direction
Sabr may provide a Qibla direction feature using information and sensors available on your device.
Compass readings can be affected by magnetic interference, device calibration, nearby electronic equipment, metal objects, device hardware, or environmental conditions.
For this reason, Sabr cannot guarantee that every Qibla reading will be completely accurate.
5. Quran Translations and Islamic Content
Quran translations, transliterations, recitations, duas, and other Islamic materials available through Sabr may originate from third-party or publicly available sources.
Translations represent interpretations of the meaning of the Quran and should not be considered identical to the original Arabic Quran.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable content but do not guarantee that all translations, transliterations, metadata, references, or other content will always be error-free.
If you identify an error, you are encouraged to contact us so that it can be reviewed.
6. Personal Tracking Features
Sabr may allow you to record information such as prayer completion, missed prayers, dhikr counts, Quran progress, reflections, and other personal activity.
These features are intended as personal organizational tools.
Sabr does not determine whether a religious obligation has been fulfilled according to Islamic law. Users remain responsible for their own religious practices and records.
Personal information created through these features is stored locally on your device unless otherwise clearly disclosed.

Certain Quran texts, translations, audio recitations, fonts, libraries, or other materials may belong to their respective authors, publishers, licensors, or providers and remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Sabr’s intellectual property to you.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain Sabr and provide accurate information. However, software and digital services may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions.
Sabr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sabr and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
